Job description

Position Overview:
- The AV Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our customer base, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
- This role requires a deep understanding of AV technologies, strong sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the AV market.
Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their AV needs and recommend tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our AV product offerings, features, benefits, and competitive landscape to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our AV solutions.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV sales or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of Audio-Visual technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
