Manager - Digital Sales & Performance Marketing for a renowned company iin F&B Industry
- The Digital Sales Manager will be focused on crafting Performance Marketing plans that grow business/sales on aggregator platforms as well as on the brands direct to consumer platform.
- S/hewill be responsible for preparing channel-wise sales for all digital platforms (aggregators, e-grocers & own website) and thereafter devise strategies to achieve them. He / She will also be required to manage relationships with key accounts like Deliveroo, Big Basket, Amazon etc.
Past Experience:
- Should have built & executed Performance Marketing campaigns on E-grocer & Aggregator platforms such as Big Basket, Amazon, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo, etc.
- Has a proven track record of building a brand via a D2C Ecom website.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build the Digital Sales channel for The Brand including the sales organization
- The Digital Sales ecosystem could include (but not limited to) the following channels -
- Sales through delivery aggregators
- Sales through own website
- Sales through e-commerce (or e-grocery) platforms and others
- Grow the distribution pipeline to the best extent possible to maximize product distribution
- Creation of a sales revenue budget for each of the new initiatives
- Manage & generate weekly and monthly reporting of data
- Work with Operations team to ensure availability of products, trade schemes etc.
- Lead and grow business through delivery aggregator platforms like Deliveroo, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
- Enable customer journey and product discovery through the best in-app marketing interventions to drive sales. Positively impact UX/UI, conversion ratios and campaign effectiveness by understanding consumer pain points in the journey and addressing those effectively
- Develop suitable initiatives for all aggregator platforms and influence marketing and spend choices to achieve desired reach, sales increase and ROI objectives
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations on food aggregators' platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, others and act as the mediator between the regional operations teams and the aggregator POCs
- Help acquire and operationalize new clients in Cloud Kitchens & QSR/Restaurant's space
- Build alliances & lead collaborations / joint promotions with like-minded players especially Foodtech players like Curefit, Freshmenu, etc. to grow business
- Build and grow direct to consumer channel; Lead and grow business through our own website
- Improve search rankings, increase website traffic & consumer engagement for the website through focused initiatives and on-site/off-site optimization recommendations
- Manage budgets & campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROI's, efficient CAC's (customer acquisition cost) and customer LTV's (lifetime value's)
- Build business on own websites through multiple measures like monitoring of weekly, monthly, yearly trends; SEO/SEM optimization measures, digital ad campaigns and direct consumer outreach programs
- Identify lost sales opportunities from direct consumers and help plug gaps
- Introduce & manage a loyalty programme
- Grow sales through e-commerce grocery platforms
- Work closely with players like Big Basket, Noon, Amazon, Swiggy Instamart etc to grow shares through initiatives including joint business plans, visibility, promotions, etc.
- Hunt & operationalize new Ecomm players like Zepto, Grofers etc.
- Maximize sales through e-commerce initiatives of Modern Trade accounts like Natures Basket, Spencers, Foodhall, etc.
- Carry out periodic competitive benchmarking exercise across online channels and make suitable action plans
