Job Position: IT Sales Intern

Experience: Fresher

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and prospects through market research, online databases, and industry events.

2. Prospecting: Assist in reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our IT products and services.

3. Sales Support: Work closely with experienced sales professionals to create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to meet the needs of potential clients.

4. Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

5. Customer Communication: Engage with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure excellent customer relations.

6. Sales Performance Analysis: Participate in the analysis of sales data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in our sales strategies.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team, marketing department, and other cross-functional teams to achieve common sales goals.

8. Professional Development: Take initiative in seeking opportunities to enhance your knowledge of IT products, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in BBA or BCOM

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Technology Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products and services is preferred.

- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

- Initiative: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the IT sales field.

- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
