Job description

Enterprise Sales Leader plays a crucial role in driving sales and business growth. The role is responsible for managing and growing Key accounts in banking, IT-ITeS and Government sector in India. It will be expected to develop strong relationships with existing named accounts. It is therefore essential that this person has extensive experience of identifying and influencing senior key decision makers, up to C Level within the account.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategy to drive revenue growth for Data center product and solutions within the assigned segment.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and develop strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure effective customer engagement and solution delivery.
- Drive market intelligence activities to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the IT/Computer/Electrics Industry, preferably with expertise in data center solutions.
- Track record of managing & growing large enterprise accounts and responsible for revenue target of 100-150 INR Crores.
- Managed a team size of 8-10 people directly, ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Strong knowledge of the Indian market, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, Ability to build relationship with Leadership
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel as required.
