Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research and participate in events to source leads effectively
2. Proactively reach out to potential clients and partners to cultivate and convert business opportunities
3. Provide expert advisory services to clients regarding tech leader hiring strategies
4. Achieve quarterly revenue targets and take ownership of P&L responsibilities
5. Lead team expansion efforts, including hiring and talent development initiatives
6. Develop compelling sales collateral to support business development activities
7. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle across various stages with efficiency and professionalism
8. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver reports as required
9. Develop and execute quarterly and yearly revenue goals and projections
10. Conduct negotiations with both clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales or SaaS Partnership roles
2. Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
3. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup culture, with flexibility and adaptability
4. 2-3 years of experience in executive search firms, particularly in sales/growth
5. MBA qualification preferred, with a strong foundation in business and leadership principles
6. Should have managed a minimum Annual Revenue Target of $500K+
7. Based in Bangalore or Mumbai, with the willingness to travel to Bangalore for monthly/quarterly review meetings
