Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding to all customer inquiries and leads coming in via different channels such as emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages
2. Processing customer orders
3. Analyzing client requirements
4. Maintaining the customer database
5. Providing assistance to customers and resolve their issues
6. Handling customer complaints and escalating issues
7. Helping manage and update the website, including editing pages and ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurate
8. Assisting in marketing activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
9. Working on raising brand awareness through Facebook, Instagram, etc.
10. Conducting research on SEO keywords to use throughout the website And Marketing materials
11. Managing strategies for digital media, SEM, SEO and social media
12. Monitoring the company presence on social media and providing creative ideas for content marketing
13. Conducting market research to identify industry trends and potential areas of growth
