Title: Business Development Analyst.
Location: Pune.

The Firm has established a Business transformation Services (BTS) in April 2023 and is growing steadily.
Position Overview:.
- AVA is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Analyst to join our team at our headquarters.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the expansion of our business.
Responsibilities:
Represent AVA: Understand our solutions thoroughly and conduct consumer research to match their needs.
- Utilize Diverse Channels for Outreach: Use email, social media (including LinkedIn), and cold calling for lead generation.
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Recognize potential leads, recommend suitable products, and build lasting relationships to validate sales opportunities.
- Coordinate Sales Meetings: Arrange meetings or calls between potential customers and our sales team.
- Manage Prospective Leads: Maintain a streamlined pipeline of prospects and collaborate with sales executives for next steps.
- Refine Lead Generation Strategies: Continuously improve our lead-generation playbook by identifying best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Represent AVA at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
- Maintain the CRM well, keep it fully updated at all times at firm level.
- Manage the network of partner firms so that people are aligned to AVA objective,.
Must Have: Graduate/PG Degree of any discipline Finance/Marketing/Technology.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), consistently exceeding lead targets.
- Demonstrated ambition and capability for advancement within a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and business development principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in both phone and email correspondence.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze data, and develop actionable plans.
- Candidates withprior experience in the Consulting industry and proficiency in Digital Tools are preferred.
