Job description
A Back Office Marketing coordinator is a professional responsible for managing a company's marketing operations. They oversee tasks such as project coordination, budgeting, data analysis, and reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This role typically requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of marketing strategy and tactics.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
Qualification
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing/Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing/Sales coordinator role or similar.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
- Candidate must be permanently settled in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
