Job description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the founder with lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-up
2. Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and property listings
3. Research local real estate market trends, property values, and competition
4. Analyze data to identify potential opportunities for business growth
5. Assist in preparing market reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
6. Collaborate with the founder to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
7. Help streamline processes and implement efficient systems to enhance productivity
8. Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
9. Assist in maintaining client relationships and managing customer feedback
10. Participate in client meetings and property showings to gain firsthand experience in client interactions
11. Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, organizing files, and coordinating appointments
