JOB OVERVIEW:As a Marketing Manager in the fashion industry, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and elevate our fashion products across global markets. You’ll work closely with our cross functional teams including Country heads, Business Unit Heads, and design, to drive our possibilities, increase market share and achieve sales target. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Developing Marketing StrategiesoFormulate and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and organization’s positioning.oConduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences and competitive landscapes.oBuild and align marketing strategies with sales objectives.-Organization ManagementoDevelop and enhance organization’s identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and products.oCollaborate with Country Heads, Business Unit Heads, and design team to ensure organization’s guidelines are reflected in product design And Marketing.-Content CreationoCollaborate with creative teams to produce visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.oDevelop engaging and compelling marketing materials.-Public RelationsoCultivate relationships with various brands and influencers/media outlets to secure positive marketing coverage.oPlan and execute events, fair participation, and collaborations to enhance organization’s visibility.oVisit brands/ potential clienteles across globe to build and elevate business.-Budget Management:oDevelop and manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact.oMonitor expenses and ROI, adjusting strategies as required to achieve cost-effectiveness. Market Analysis:oMonitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.oProvide regular reports and insights to the leadership team. Business Development:oIdentify and Shortlist potential Global Brands aligned with Compass Tex brand strategy.oConnect with Brands & Generate business opportunities for Compass TexQUALIFICATION:-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or Fashion related field. MBA is a plus.-Proven experience in fashion marketing, with a track record of successful business.-Strong understanding of the fashion industry, market dynamics and consumer behavior.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.-Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and customer understanding-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities-Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:-Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style-Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset-Strong leadership and team collaboration skills-Detail oriented and highly organized-Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines EXPERIENCE:-Min 10-15 years’ experience as a Global Sales & Marketing Manager
