Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for selling SpotBus technology, setting up sales strategies, developing and owning relationships with fleet management companies and School Transportation industry.
Manage complete sales cycle.
Target potential customers, create sales strategy and exceed all sales projections.
Identify municipal and private fleets that are interested in deploying SpotBus Application.
Develop relationships via cold-calling, referrals, introductions from industry stakeholders, trade shows, events, etc.;
Identify key person at target fleets and open discussion with them.
Coordinate product demonstrations.
Create and secure contracts for pilot projects and large deployments.
Proficiency with Hubspot (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub).
Contract negotiations
Collaborate with the staff and after sales team to oversee the production, delivery, and deployment on vehicles.
