Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
The role is responsible to track, map & develop network representation so as to be ahead of competition with a viable and cost effective business model.
- Need identification of dealerships in consultation with market representative plans and Area Offices which helps the organization plan out the market representation for its dealerships.
- Assessing the market potential and create a strong business case for a profitable business model
- Enhancing dealership viability through profit network reengineering (for existing dealerships)
- Tracking, looping and escalation of critical communication with respect to channel expansion targets and also facilitating conversations between the leadership and dealerships
- Coordinating the end to end activities regarding new dealer appointment
- Coordinating the receipt of all mandatory documents from selected candidates and coordinate with M&M internal organization for issuance of Letter Of Intent(LOI)
- Arranging for a dealer induction program to acquaint the dealer with M&M policies
- Conducting/Planning out the market representation and capacity planning exercises in the area of operation
- Negotiating with vendors for appropriate costing - of vendor related items
- Conceptualizing the road map for a project run activity through visualizing future requirements and develop action plans with team to achieve them
- Coordinating the primary and secondary network expansion and service expansion
- Facilitating upgradation of old dealer facilities
- Ensuring smooth closure of Dealer business and settlement of cases
- Managing the MIS related to network database related to the respective zone
- Dealer performance monitoring and escalations in sensitive manners with loop closures
Education Qualification
B.Tech + MBA (preferred)
General Experience
3-4 years in field and channel exposure
Critical Experience
3-6 years of relevant experience and handling Dealership Network.
Having experience in handling Automobile/Tractor related Dealers in any/multiple functions of Sales, Channel activities.
Knowledge of Digitization of Systems and on boarding of Dealership.
Basic financial and commercial acumen and understanding of Dealership life cycle
