Assistant General Manager(Sales & Marketing)

We are helping one of our reputed pharma client to onboard an Assistant General Manager -for their Injectable Division.

Location : Segments (North , South , East , West)

Experience : 10+ Years 

Person will be accountable for achievement of Sales Target of upcoming Injectable Division by appointing highly motivated team of ASM/RSM/ZSM to push the products to Generic Pharma Product Distributors.

Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the Generic Injectable division
✅ Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
✅ Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry
In-depth knowledge of the Generic Injectable market and regulatory landscape
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
