Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
1) MBA/PGDM with a track record of delivering results over a period of 10 to 16 years.
2) Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets in the FMCG industry.
3) Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and execute effective sales plans.
4) Customer Focus: Exceptional client relationship management and a customer-centric approach.
5) Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using insights to drive sales strategies.
6) Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
7) Team Player: Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team.
