Qualifications:1+ year Experience in outbound lead generation & prospecting.A solid grasp of email and LinkedIn tools.Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s features, algorithms, and best practices.Proven experience in list building using various tools.Exceptional technological aptitude.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional interpersonal and networking capabilities.Very analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data for strategy optimization.Self-driven and creative thinkerVery comfortable with Data export, manipulation and migrationAbility to filter and build extremely high-quality lists of prospects with tools and manual review
Responsibilities:Manage outreach campaigns for 7-10 clients per monthManage 14-20 email campaigns and 14-20 LinkedIn campaignsBuild target lists of companies & contacts based on the ICP (Ideal Client Profile)LinkedIn profile optimization for client profilesReply to responses effectively and convert prospects into leadsDevelop new ideas and strategies for replies and list building to boost leadsBonus in place for innovation and also commissions tied to leads generated
WORKING HOURS :Full Time/ 40 hours per weekMonday to Friday9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
