Qualification Bachelor’s Degree /Engineering Degree + MBAExperience 8 to 10 years Key Roles/Responsibilities: – Exposure of Europe Market, Food Jar / Glass Industry Develop a Growth strategy in the assigned markets that is focused on both the financial gain and the customer satisfaction. Demonstrate Technical Acumen to understand Glass business and the potential edge that it can offer to its customers Be aware of the opportunities for business development and expansion in the markets with an objective of promoting glass bottles in that market and to achieve assigned sales targets. Demonstrate flexibility in understanding the dynamic needs of the customers and act as a partner to work out optimal solutions for client issues. Focus and build on long term relationships with new and existing customers thereby expanding lanes in the assigned markets. Key involvement in developing new product segments by understanding the current/future business needs Identify and participate in the relevant forums/exhibitions for building networking opportunities and associations with relevant customers and partners. Constantly evaluate and communicate the Glass business’ unique selling proposition and differentiators by using the knowledge from market and competitors. Maintain the financial profitability in the markets assigned by ensuring collections are done on time and new products are developed in line with the customer needs. Conducting market research, monitoring competition and devising countermeasures.
