- Bring in global best practices in recruitment.
- Drive Campus Selection for MT, GET & Interns for the Group
- Develop, Implement & Monitor Talent Acquisition processes across the Group.
- Employer Brand Building through Recruitment Marketing & Postings.
Relevant and total years of Experience :
- 13 to 19 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years experience in TA Specialist role of a large conglomerate.
Qualification : PG in HR
