General Manager Administration

Position: General Manager Administration
Location: Delhi, India
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Administration who will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the organization. In addition to managing day-to-day administrative tasks, this role will also involve coordinating and managing events nationwide, aligning with our mission of skill-building and creating a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities: Administration Management:
- Supervise and manage the administrative team to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Oversee budget planning and control for administrative expenses.
Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute events nationwide, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
- Evaluate event outcomes and implement improvements for future events.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, NGOs, and industry partners.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administration management, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for impact and skill-building initiatives, with a commitment to creating positive change in society.
- Knowledge of event management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
