Job Description

As a General Manager - Operations Vinciago, you will be responsible Leading a team of Project Managers/ Sr. Project Managers, Project executives and ensuring smooth execution of the premium/Luxury Residential interior fit-out projects.

• To facilitate seamless coordination among the designer, production team, vendor management team, and project managers. This coordination aims to ensure alignment with a strong emphasis on meeting customer deliverables in terms of timelines, quality, and cost for your cohort/city.
• Cultivate robust relationships with external stakeholders such as Vendor Partners and suppliers. Collaborate closely with the vendor management team to establish a resilient vendor partner team.
• Demonstrate effective people management skills to empower the current team and attract top talents nationwide, thereby enhancing the strength of your regional team.
• Ensure strong implementation of the defined SOP's and putting constant efforts to improve on the same
• Own the client experience right from booking of the project till the handover.
• Act as a highest point of escalation for your city and ensure any of the issues highlighted by the client are resolved within the committed ETAs and the projects are completed on a high note.

Job Requirement

• NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools shall be preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
• People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles is a must)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Manage strategic alliances/ business partnerships through builders, architects and interior consultants in order to achieve maximum project reach.
