Global Senior Manager - Customer Service & Inbound/Outbound Sales We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service cum Inbound & Outbound Sales Manager. This role requires the manager who can enhance customer satisfaction while driving sales growth through effective inbound and outbound sales Customer Service Management: - Oversee the Customer Service team to ensure exceptional service delivery. - Develop and implement Customer Service policies, procedures, and standards. - Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's Customer Service skills. 2. Inbound Sales: - Develop and implement strategies to increase inbound sales revenue. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to otimize lead generation and conversion rates. - Provide guidance to the inbound sales team for effective handling of inbound inquiries. 3. Outbound Sales: - Design and execute outbound sales campaigns to meet revenue targets. - Lead and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve individual and team goals. - Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Develop scripts and training materials for outbound sales representatives. 4. Team Leadership: - Recruit, train, and mentor Customer Service, inbound, and outbound sales teams. - Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team productivity. - Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members. 5. Reporting and Analysis: - Drive results through strong SLAs and performance tracking of each team member. - Prepare regular reports on Customer Service and sales performance. - Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. - Utilize insights to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing 8+ years of proven experience in Customer Service management and inbound/outbound sales. - 3+ years of experience in managing Customer Service team. Experience of managing inbound & outbound sales team will be an added advantage. - Experience of driving results through strong SLAs and performance tracking. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
