Key Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership to domestic sales teams (Replacement and OEM) in pursuit of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales figures.
- Scientific driving of demand forecasting and ensuring optimal inventories.
- Joint problem-solving along with Finance (Commercial), Supply Chain, Manufacturing and R&D functions to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and customer engagement.
- Leading execution of all Marketing strategies to enable long-term brand salience and brand respect.
- Developing and executing strategies to gain market share on a year-on-year basis.
- Cultivating and maintaining good relations with top management of OEM customers and develop win-win solutions.
- Aggressively expand the distribution system so as to reach maximum breadth and width in the sales channel.
- Achieving operational excellence in all parameters of QCDSM in Sales function in line with QBM roadmap.
- Taking price increase at appropriate times to ensure business profitability
- Regularly reviewing and constant refining of Market Intelligence system.
- Providing inputs to R&D and Marketing Teams on product gaps and introducing new contemporary products in the market.
- Motivating the team and constantly keeping it aligned with the overall strategic goals of the organisation.
- Develop and execute the communication strategy, to improve brand salience
- Innovative use of influencers to deliver brand objectives.
- Micro-marketing initiatives to ensure reach out to larger audience.
- Product life cycle management, to ensure product portfolio in sync with the customer requirements.
- Performance marketing initiatives to deliver brand objectives.
