Job Description
The purpose of the job is to develop a comprehensive marketing communication for reinforcement of downstream offerings coupled with channel and brand management to ring-fence the discerning customers.
- Driving achievement of Revenue and net realisations as per ABP/OSP.
- Formulation of ABP, LTP, BO&S and Risk Management.
- Market and Product Profitability analysis. Periodic development and review of product-portfolio matrix.
- Channel Management: Channel Policy & Pricing Guidelines for B2B and B2ECA customers, driving Channel Incentivisation Programs, OE customer Management, Tripartite and Bipartite MOU Governance.
- Brand Management: Digital & Social Media Marketing, developing PPA Plans and monitor compliance.
- Market Advocacy programs for ACE community.
- CSES Study and CST for discerning customers
- Development and regular tracking of Omni-channel lead funnel management
- Development of officers in marketing and sales through on the job coaching and mentoring
- Establish a culture of TQM in the M&S organisation by reviewing & improving performance of Aspire/Shikhar Projects.
Technical Competencies:
Proficient in techno commercial segment, Product & sales Knowledge, Relationship building, Analytical skills, Effective business communication, Conflict management & resolution.
Behavioural Competencies:
Analytical & Logical, good communication skills, possess good commercial acumen, control emotions, improvement orientation, high interpersonal effectiveness, coaching and mentoring skills.
Other details
Qualifications preferred: Graduate in Engineering and MBA in Marketing.
Experience in Techno Commercial Function is preferred.
