Mitti Cafe is an initiative under Mitti, a livelihood development organization for persons with disabilities. The aim is to provide employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities through the creation of food cafes within institutional spaces. We believe that removing environmental and social barriers is an essential step in overcoming the difficulties faced by people with disabilities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing Online Sales channels, improving customer service, implementing e-commerce strategies to increase revenue, and conducting online marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of efficient e-commerce strategies
- Proficient in online marketing
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
