Job Description
- Supporting Business Service Cloud & Global Customer Support (GCS) functions & processes through Salesforce Administration.
- Interact with the Business System Analyst (BSA) team to work & deliver Business requirements that involve Configuration & Administration in SFDC.
- Handle case incidents & perform End user troubleshooting to improve user experience in SFDC.
- Configure Service Cloud in Salesforce.com.
- Perform RCA analysis, identify gaps in Business/System Process & suggest improvement measures.
- Build custom reports, dashboards.
- Installation of packages.
- Sandbox Refresh & Post Refresh tasks.
- Contribute to the team on Cases & Operational Change Request (CR) Prioritization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise automation, with the most recent experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Hands on experience configuring Service Cloud in Salesforce.
- Hands on experience in Copado deployment & user story promotions.
- Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups, validation rules.
- Should have experience in Master and Transactional Data management.
- Good research skills on the AppExchange.
- Good to have (not mandatory) – Salesforce Development knowledge.
- Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferably an Expert in Excel & analysing large volumes of data and identifying patterns.
- Comfortable with loading and querying large data sets using Data Loader and/or Workbench.
