Manager - Business Development - Architectural Business

Business Development is a key for on going continuity and thus they have mandated us to identify and suggest a good and experienced professional who can bring in quality assignments with challenging demands to execute and excel.
Towards this they expect the following criteria:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities for the Design Build & Interior design firm.
This role involves market research, strategic planning, and relationship building to drive growth and revenue. The individual will collaborate with cross functional teams and top management & other stake holders to achieve organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:


- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities
- Develop and implement Business Development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives
- Identify new business areas and partnerships to expand the firm's portfolio
- Pitch business internationally and establish necessary networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and attend appropriate industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and foster relationships
- Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and managing the sales process
- Prepare regular reports on Business Development activities, pipeline status, and key performance
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in Business Development within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- They have offices in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and couple of more cities are in the pipeline.
