Horis /CME Tracking and Reporting :
- Co-ordination with the Horis team to manage all addition and changes on Horis
- Identify and Fix revenue leakages/work with HORIS and CME team to fix RM and MG structure
- Co-ordination with all the product team to send the correct update on the customer list for customer on Horis
- Co-ordination with product team for any query raised by RM
Co-ordination with ISB ASP , Business Finance GFC :
- Support business finance and other team by keeping in touch with them forthe various business updates.
- Co-ordination with the Regional ISB team for any updates on ISB - Marketing updates, Thematic updates like low value, unbanked leads etc
- Updating on SharePoint with relevant reports for each month
- Updating on NTBs, customer base with the Finance, GPSteam for various reporting requirements
Dashboards, EXCO Packs, CEO Letters& Monthly CMB Head Meet :
- Monthly updates on Financial performance and NTBs to the CEO
- Monthly updates on headcount to be updated to SharePoint
- Monthly update fordeals completed
- Monthly packs for corridor updates to be sent
- Pack with updates on Assets, Pipeline Deals completed and updates
Presentation for reviews/travels :
- Presentation as per Business Review requirements/Thematic reviews/Performance reviews etc
- Requirement for India on the way to navigate, to be updated and sent across to ASP as and when required
- PPT for travels to other countries to be updated and sent as wanted.
- CMP, legal and RC approvals as well as the other countries approvals to be sought
- Deck constitutes information from other product team all of them to be liaised with for final update.
- Liaise with Marketing for final prints that needs to be carried for visits
Analysis on Wallet/NTBs/Leads :
- Wallet Planning for team completed to be tracked
- NTB and Prospect Management for additional revenue in the system
- CAO management for checking target for regions and RM respectively
- Decks for Top management for the Horis achievement for each region and RM and subsequently the ISB and In country business.
- Tracking and reporting of leads through various resources
Transfers :
- Exercise of collating data for the year end activity of transfer of cases which are part of BB / GB in India and are CB overseas
- Financial impact calculated and customer to be finalized for transfer
- Transfer on HUB and Horis to be completed within prescribed time
