- This is a new venture promoted by an established company catering to a niche healthcare segment with a focus on the D2C channel.
You will be the Head of the new business unit and your key responsibilities will include:
- Set up the business from scratch
- Develop marketing and brand communication
- Ensure systems, and processes across the functions are developed
- Relationship Management with key doctors, corporate
- Maintain and build relations with all partners
- Supervise digital marketing and technology teams
- Resource planning and development
What they are looking for :
- Pharma Professional with major experience in specialty segments or medical devices along with experience in heading sales & marketing.
- Experience in setting up new a company/ division/SBU will be ideal. Exposure to healthcare and D2C will be an added advantage.
