Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a deep understanding of the sports technology industry, and a passion for innovation. This position will report directly to the Head of Business Development and will play a critical role in driving the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the sports technology market (USA, UK, Australia)
- Identify key growth areas and potential partnerships within the sports and tech sectors
- Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and presentations
Sales & Client Management
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and build strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to senior management on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that customer needs are met and to identify opportunities for new product offerings
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, tech support, and legal to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to sales and customer management
Networking
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the sports and tech sectors
