Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Brand Manager at GRASS. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product launches, and driving brand awareness and engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. This is an on-site role located in Defence Colony.
Qualifications
Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry
Strong understanding of brand positioning, target audience, and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Strong project. management skills and attention to detail
Proficient in market research and data analysis
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Passion for promoting diversity, inclusion, and empowerment
Remuneration: Upto 20 lacs depending upon experience in the industry,
