JD:
- Strong Brand Management experience with strong focus on consumer facing brand
- Champion the innovation strategy, from ideation to in-market launch across the categories & channels
- Work closely with different businesses to define the opportunity and guardrails based on marketing budgets
- Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and sales to ensure the brand's success
- Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Brand in short / long run.
- Develop and refine the brand architecture in view of the competition and market trends.
- Conceptualize, plan and execute integration marketing campaigns, bringing the idea alive across channels in collaboration with agency.
- Brand Building activities (Marketing Campaigns & Promotions/Go To Market).
