Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Service, or Spare Parts management, preferably in the 'Automotive Industry.'
- Engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering) is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fluent in Telugu, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leadership and achievement in driving sales growth, optimizing service operations, and managing spare parts inventory.
- Strong understanding of Automotive Dealership operations, including Sales processes, Service procedures, and Spare Parts Management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management and building strong Customer Relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
