- Acquire new customers from rural areas
- Responsible for leading a sales team at the Branch Level.
- Duties include setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and managing the performance of the sales team.
- Work closely with other teams, such as the Credit and operation team, to ensure alignment of sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets -Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the branch locality.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.
