AddressAVP - Business Development - Infrastructure
Job Purpose:
- Relationship building and management through transaction life cycle. Ability to balance between relationship skills and strong technical abilities.
- Person is expected to be able to work independently on end to end transactions as well as leading a small team of 1-3 analysts / associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and managing relationships with target clientele
- Strong technical ability - Industry and financial analysis
- Ability to handle transactions independently as well as ability to lead a small team of 1-3 analysts / associates
- Developing detailed financial models for viability analysis
- Preparation of credit presentations and appraisal notes
- Liaising with clients for transaction activities like information gathering, due diligence, term sheets etc.
- Coordinating with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation
Job requirements:
Experience: 7 to 10 years
1. Ability to handle execution (credit evaluation, financial modelling, Credit Note preparation, Legal documentation) of debt transactions in infra sectors end to end.
2. Ability to handle small team of 1-3 analysts / associates - effective delegation.
3. Preferable - Exposure to lending towards infra sectors like Renewable, Transmission, Roads, Airports, Logistics etc
