Main Objective of the Role Primary responsibility of the candidate is to:
1. Generate New Sales
2. supporting the Companies sales strategies in his/her designated or identified geography.
3. Developing New Line of Business and Growth in existing portfolio.

- Strategic planning and team building.
- Development of new product line of business
- Growth oriented
Required Competencies:
- Growth oriented attitude
- Must have excellent Communication skill and strong Knowledge
- Advantageous to have strong relationship with market and clients
- Result Orientation - Should be able to deliver on the company's stretch performance parameters
- Interpersonal Skills- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate his/her team
- Advantageous to have good presentation skills
