Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Operations Manager located in Pune. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, creating and implementing processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience 2-3 years in operations management, preferably in the forex industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to create, implement and improve processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Pay Scale:-
- Monthly Salary willl be 30k-35k.
