Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Coordinate between inbound, outbound and warehousing teams for any operational issues and effective team performance.
- Work closely with the customer, other third party vendor and team for attainment of KPIs.
- Monitoring MIS & KPIs and taking corrective measures in case of non-attainment.
- Responsible for overall inventory accuracy, process adherence and 5S for the site.
- Driving process improvement / cost saving / productivity improvement / Kaizen projects.
- Customer Management and working towards increase in customer satisfaction index.
- Monitoring operating cost for the location and ensuring that the designed margins are maintained.
- Regular Process Audit
- Compliance to legal & Statutory norms
- Adequate Training of team
- SLA assessment
- FFR as per targets
- Alignment of Internal business processes for achieving revenue & service level target
