Job Description
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of a team to achieve & exceed desired SLAs• Attrition Management.• Ensure adherence to all internal/external targets with focus on continuous team improvement month on month• Monitors performance of team members, guides & coaches employee to ensure individual KRIs are met & exceeded• Identifying the team's training & development needs, designing and developing the appropriate training program and coordinating with support groups. • Preparation & submission of periodic reports and dashboards to all stakeholders in a timely manner• Handling Client escalations, ensuring preparation & subsequent implementation of an effective RCA for every error occurring in the due course of business. • Plans & schedules manpower including managing of absenteeism and attrition within the team • Recognizes and recommends operational improvements & areas of opportunities for improved efficiencies
