Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Logistics)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our logistics company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients throughout the logistics process.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding shipment status, tracking, delivery schedules, and any other logistics-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, warehouse, and transportation to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and timely deliveries.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to customers.
Stay updated on industry trenads, regulations, and best practices in logistics to provide informed assistance to customers.
Assist with administrative tasks such as processing orders, generating reports, and maintaining customer databases.
Requirements:
Graduate; additional education or certification in logistics or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
