Job Description
1. Preparation of Financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS + IGAAP)
2. Timely and accurate quarterly, half yearly, year-end preparation of financial statements.
3. Experience in coordinating with the Auditors for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit to get the audit completed including satisfactory resolution of the queries raised by the auditor
4. Calculating interest and other dues payments to be made to banks/debenture holders in respect of debts of the company as per the debt arrangements of the company
5. Preparing daily fund position
6. Managing the filing of periodic Returns and providing investors with Form 64F.
7. Recording receipts/payments for incomes and expenses of the company in the accounting software including Bank reconciliations
8. Managing timely payment to Vendors and Employees within defined TAT for payments & ensuring MSME compliances
9. Providing data/information to rating agencies for rating of the company’s credit instruments.
10. Compile business data and financials for reporting to various stakeholders (internal as well as external stakeholders)
11. Coordinate for payment & recording of dividend, deposition of TDS/GST/other dues
12.Provide information to Mid Office team/secretarial team for Corporate action post debenture redemption
13. Experience in arranging Bank credit lines and managing bank covenants as may be applicable
