Position Summary ( For what the job exists )
The individual will be responsible for the sales & marketing of SLIC Group Products in the designated area & over achieve the assigned targets. The position requires travel to all parts of the zone.
Key accountabilities ( A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned )
1) Sales & Marketing of Group Life Insurance & Pension Products.
2) Over achieving the assigned targets
3) Managing the entire book size of existing & new business
Preferred Skills , Knowledge & Qualifications
1) 3- 5 years of work experience (Recent 2-3 years in the Group Sales vertical of life insurance company is preferable)
2) Minimum Qualification – Graduate (MBA or equivalent Preferred)
3) Corporate Sales experience
4) Efficient in MS Office, etc.
Personal Attributes & Competencies
1) Excellent Presentation Skills
2) Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Local language will be added advantage)
3) Should be a good team player
4) Good Knowledge of Investments will be an advantage.
