Experience- minimum 8 years Sales + 6 months Store Management

Job Location- Janpath, Lajpat (Delhi)

Job Description:

The Roles and Responsibilities comprises of the following:-

A. Employee Management1. Guide sales team for daily store operations to ensure effectivenessand provide support in implementing strategies to attract customers.2. Motivate sales staff to deliver excellent customer service, improvetheir efficiency, and meet sales targets.3. Assist in evaluating employee performance, conduct periodic reviewsand annual appraisal for providing proper feedback to staff.4. Optimally deploy staff in the respective section based on theavailable staff strength and ensure the presence of sufficientemployees in the sales counter.5. Observe the behavior of sales executives with the customers and incase of any misbehavior, give instructions and advice to behaveproperly.6. Monitor whether the staff within one's sub section is following thegrooming guidelines as set by the retail leadership in order tomaintain uniformity

B. Sales1. Responsible to achieve sales target for the store and recommendsolutions to enhance sales and store profit.2. Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner, engage with themto understand their requirements and advise customers by providinginformation on products.3. Drive sales through the engagement of customers and influence theirbuying decision through suggestive selling by building theirconfidence.4. Provide excellent customer service & accurate product information(e.g., product name, features, making charge, stone charge etc.) toensure customer delight in each sale.5. Execute all customer experience guidelines and protocols that areset by the Retail leadership in order to provide a differentiatedlevel of service.6. Close deals, understand & handle queries and complaints of thecustomer and address with the right solution.7. Interact with customers to build relationships and leverage thesame to generate sales for the store.8. Maintain effective communication throughout the store andcommunicate customer experiences and feedback to superiors.9. Ensure the assigned sales person is communicating Silver world promises, product details (e.g., product name, features, makingcharge, stone charge, etc.) and offers to ensure customer delight ineach sale.

C. Marketing1. Regularly monitor the store ambience so that it is adheres to theVisual Merchandising guidelines2. Participate in all product launches and promotions in the Store.3. Meet wedding customers & other potential customers from the CRMdatabase /showroom leads in order to generate leads.

D. Stock1. Ensure safety of jewellery displayed by monitoring and guidingsales staffs and communicate any potential theft/damage/malpracticespromptly to the superiors.

E. Computer and other operations1. Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g., salesprocesses, orders & payments) and assist in tracking the progress ofweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.2. Perform end to end activities of bill transactions.
