Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of telecalling experience to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives, establishing strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Tellus Power Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective telecalling and communication skills.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Provide product information, pricing details, and relevant details to potential customers.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the energy or related industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Knowledge of energy products and services is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
