Roles and Responsibilities
- Hands-on and possess the attitude of getting things done
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements for different roles within the company
- Work with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions that outline the responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for each role
- Source, identify, and attract ideal candidate profiles through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, set-up interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidate profiles to ensure a continuous flow of talent for meeting strategic hiring demands
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about their evaluation process progress and next steps
- Keep candidates engaged during hiring processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring decisions in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs' for offer discussions with selected candidates and facilitate the negotiation process
- Champion the onboarding process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience of new hires
- Build and own the practices for branding, showcasing the organization culture, values, and benefits through various channels to create a compelling employer value proposition
- Create a hiring process experience for the stakeholders:
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay informed about SaaS industry trends, salary benchmarks and competitor hiring practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent
- Create recruitment playbooks for every successful position closure
- Support the stakeholders to build an recruitment excellence process
- Build repetitive and scalable hiring processes
You will fit right if you have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is often preferred
- 2+ years of technical and business recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments, with full lifecycle expertise in sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment will be a bonus
- Expertise with networking tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster, IIM Jobs, WellFound, etc.
- Resourceful and self-driven
- Knack for finding quality profiles
- Ability to proactively analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose and solve profile pipeline issues.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound business judgment, including the ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
- Professional temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances
- Can-do attitude or can hustle
- Proven time management skills, with an ability to effectively establish and execute priorities in a dynamic and changing environment
- Good data analytics skills/presentation
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Excellent command of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Adaptable and flexible to changing circumstances and needs of the role, including flexibility in working hours -depending upon the organization's needs at different locations and time zones
- You believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things
- You do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths
Note: This role will require the Talent Acquisition person to pick up strategic hiring initiatives for the organization. So, this role will require close collaboration with key stakeholders, Founder and operating with ownership and flexibility of timings.
