- Need to work with Practice leaders and support in internal fulfilment leveraging various channels
- Work closely with SGO/Practice leaders in planning for the future demand fulfilment as well as current reactive demand.
- Experience in publishing all the weekly or adhoc reports on utilization, fulfilment, pool, freshers, Demand Planning, hiring, Upskilling training needs etc.
- Experience in handling the Data analytics fulfilment in RMG function.
- Definition and maintenance of resource pool regarding availability and skills
- Development and maintenance of a resource plan and on-going updates
- Ensure resource requirements are fully understood and an accurate reflection on what is required, to ensure correct utilisation of resources.
- Review resource plan, identify availability issues and provide proposals to resolve, working with the Portfolio Manager.
- Prepare and review resource forecasts.
- Excellent communication and coordination strength as well as assertiveness.
- Good team player.
- Management and fulfilment of resource requirements from all IT functions and initialization of proposals to address shortfalls, conflicts and skill gaps.
- Excellent presentation skills up to top management level.
- Ability to work under pressure as well as result orientated.

- Proficient in English and must have very good communications skills .
- Good problem solving skills.
