Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our global Talent Acquisition strategy, fostering relationships with key vendors, and driving the recruitment process across various Practices within the company, with a particular focus on Cloud & AI technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a significant impact on our talent pipeline, reducing team attrition, and building a robust Talent Acquisition function that supports our expanding global presence.
Responsibilities:
Global Talent Strategy & Planning:
- Analyze current and future staffing needs (Cloud & AI focus) across Practices globally (US, Canada, UK, India, UAE).
- Develop comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, Practice needs, and global talent market trends.
- Champion the creation of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for global recruitment, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Expertly negotiate competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Attract Top Talent Globally:
- Lead employer branding initiatives to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent, especially in Cloud & AI.
- Collaborate with the Technical Recruiter/s on sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates from diverse global talent pools, anticipating future needs (Cloud & AI).
- Partner with recruitment vendors basis demand and ensure further integration and seamless execution of the engagement.
- Partner with local teams to ensure successful candidate onboarding and integration across global locations.
Lead & Optimize Recruitment:
- Oversee efficient and standardized recruitment processes for all positions (including Cloud & AI), adhering to local compliance requirements (US, Canada, UK, India, UAE).
- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and selection criteria, especially for Cloud & AI roles.
- Guide the Technical Recruiter in effective sourcing, screening and conducting technical assessments and coordinating interviews for Cloud & AI candidates.
- Perform headhunting for key roles.
- Perform interview rounds including initial screening/final HR rounds basis needs.
- Develop strategies and perform recruitment for non-technical roles as and when required.
Candidate Experience & Talent Retention:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, considering global time zones and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate with HR on employee retention and development initiatives to build a high-performing and engaged workforce globally.
Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement data-driven process enhancements for a smooth global recruitment experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in global recruitment.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager role or similar HR leadership position.
- Master’s degree in human resources, or a similar relevant field (preferred).
- Proven track record of building and implementing successful Talent Acquisition strategies, especially in a global context.
- In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle (employer branding, sourcing, selection, onboarding).
- Strong understanding of global recruitment regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing top talent.
