- Involved in end-to-end Recruitment.
- Understanding requirements of the clients.
- Search resumes from various sources like Internal Database, Job Portal etc.
- Initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills, qualifications.
- Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile and organization overview.
- Scheduling face to face interviews with the Client Company and Interview coordination.
- Sharing feedback with candidates which is given by the client.
- Maintaining call report status on daily basis, offer status reports, pipeline report and weekly report.
- Filling positions within an organization.
- Developing own network of suitable candidates.
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Preparing job offers.
