Job description

Responsible for Pan India Business Development, Formulating Sales Strategies, P&L Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting. Identifying & Streamlining Sales processes in-line with company objective.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop strategic link between the company objectives and the Branch Business Development teams.
- Develop Sales Plan & targets in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
- Coaching & mentoring the Business Development teams.
- Build capability - functional as well as behavioral.
- Motivate and administer the hunting team to achieve the targets.
- Define & monitor processes

Educational Qualification :
