Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to set appointments with Sales Head. You will be trained in Lead Generation, cold calling, linkedIn, emailing and research.
To be successful as an Inside Sales representative, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
Requirements
Excellent communication - Spoken and Written.
Excellent confidence in general and in English
Highly energetic - (No laid-back personality, Not shy in speaking up) - Should be very confident.
Job timings - 4pm - 1 am (Hybrid -> 3 times a week in office for 3 hours 4-7pm and after that at home 4 - 1 am. It is the candidate's responsibility to have superb internet at home and also an environment where they can cold call till 1-2 am at night)
Job is of Inside Sales executive which includes Cold call everyday, Lead Generation, Research, Linkedin and emailing
MBA and PGDM/PG only from Tier 2 colleges.
Good understanding of MS Office and LinkedIn.
