AddressTalent Management Specialist Role (New Mumbai)
- Develop an integrated Talent Management framework at the backdrop of the organization's future strategy & core Values.
- Spearhead the Talent Potential Review Process & Formation of Governance mechanism in the form of talent councils.
- Design & deploy the processes & mechanisms for the key talent & Hi Potential Identification.
- Develop & Implement talent development programs involving a combination of education- experience & exposure.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and business HR in managing & retaining the Hi Potential and Key Talent through their life cycle.
- Leadership Profiling & Development in partnership with internal & external partners
- Build a culture of coaching in the organization and develop pool of internal coaches among leadership team
