Job Description:
Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for assessing the staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview & selection procedures and then identifying and recruiting the best talent.
- Must work very closely with the hiring managers to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job.
- Must source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Work with stakeholders to identify problem areas and deep dive into them
- Identify TA metrics best suited for the team and define ways to measure it
- Fair understanding of Non-tech hiring space and the challenges of the current market dynamics in Non-tech hiring
- Strong sourcing skills : having dealt with LinkedIn, Naukri , Hirist and understanding of new age sourcing tools.
- Strong communication skills and teaming attitude
- Good data management skills : to maintain Excel and other reports related to recruitment.
